1) Click on the start menu, then find Control Panel at the right.
2) Next, find the icon titled "Internet Options", click that.
3) The first box is titled "Home page", from there you may type in the first box, things such as www.URLhere.com.
*Note: If you press enter, you may enter multiple home pages.
4) Now go to the bottom, click Apply then OK.
Now your home pages are personalized.
